SUMMARY:Pasta Making Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We will practice hand rolling different shapes, using a sheeter attachment, and stuffed pastas. We will go over different dough recipes as well as drying for long term storage. These concepts will go a long way in your home kitchen to create many delicious meals! WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME: All ingredients and supplies will be provided! Everyone will have an opportunity to choose from a selection of different pastas that we make in class and take home a hefty portion. You will also take a 4oz portion of dough. Plus, you’ll also have access to our recipes and class notes. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you run into any last minute issues. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive!
