The Art of Freedom Exhibition

There are many ways to convey the meaning of freedom. This exhibition explores freedom through the eyes of Virginia-born and Virginia-based artists. And as you will see, these works of art evoke sentiments of joy, sadness, hope, anticipation, and more. The artists communicate their message of freedom through various mediums including sculpture, acrylics, pastels, photographs, fabrics, jewelry, and pottery.
The exhibition is open during normal museum hours:
Tuesday – Saturday
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
