There are so many ways for families to get fit and give back in #RVA this fall! RFM is proud to sponsor these upcoming events. Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering on the participants and enjoying time together as a family, it’s easy to show your support.

The largest timed youth-only road race in Richmond, The Regency Mile features  school participation cash awards, one-year age group heats, and awards for overall winners. The Arthritis Foundation Virginia’s annual fun, festive 5K run/walk that brings together people (and dogs) from the Greater Richmond community to raise awareness and funds to support the mission. Participants get their jingle on in more ways than one – from festive costumes to a hot chocolate station.
