Henrico County School District has today been named a runner-up winner in the national “Every Click Counts” video contest sponsored by Edgenuity, a leading provider of online and blended learning solutions servicing the district. The video demonstrates how online and blended learning are helping Henrico students work at their own pace and regain confidence in their ability to succeed, staying on track to graduate and prepare for life after high school.
Edgenuity’s video contest challenged schools and districts across the nation using the platform to share stories of how online and blended learning are supporting student success. Ketchikan High School in Alaska was named the grand prized winner and received a $5,000 technology grant. Henrico County School District and the other runner-up winner, Coppell Independent School District in Texas, will receive courtesy software licenses so that they can offer Edgenuity courses to additional students.
