Known for its selection of local craft brews and special seasonal entrees, The Pub by Wegmans has added Sunday brunch to its list of offerings. From ten to two on Sundays, brunch fans are invited to try new twists on the breakfast classics alongside Pub favorites at the Midlothian and Short Pump restaurant locations.
Featured menu items include crab cake benedict, banana French toast soufflé, mushroom and gruyère quiche, and more. For the cocktail crowd, bloody Marys crafted with The Pub’s freshly made mix, sparkling sangria, and mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice will be available along with the full bar menu.
