VCU Women’s Leadership Conference Scheduled for Friday, November 4

The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute in the VCU L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs announces it 16th Annual HIGHER Ground Women’s Leadership Conference, on Friday, November 4, 2022.

The conference brings together women to share ideas and explore leadership practices that influence their effectiveness at work, at home, and in their communities. This annual women’s leadership conference connects women who identify as change agents and see their actions as meaningful and transformational for themselves, their families, and their professional colleagues and employers.

Individuals from around the state are invited to register for a day of captivating sessions providing information, insight, inspiration, and more! Don’t wait until it’s too late – registration ends November 2, 2022.

Looking for additional opportunities to grow and enhance your leadership skills and experience? After the conference, join us for the HIGHER Ground Women’s Leadership Development Program! HIGHER Ground is a five-month leadership development experience for current and emerging women leaders who are committed to investing in themselves and their organizations.

The program is designed to benefit women at all career levels in public, private, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial positions. Training opportunities promote personal and professional growth through leadership development, education, coaching, and networking.
