Tricky Toys: Optical Toys of the 1800s

Like the kaleidoscope, many toys that trick your eye have been around for more than 120 years. They were important steps in the development of animated cartoons in the early 1900s. Ages 5 and older, create your own optical toys and take home a little science, a little history, and a lot of fun.
