DesignRVA: An Annual Community Day

FreeDesignRVA is our annual community day and a one-of-a-kind event that introduces youth ages 8 to 14 to the design of our region. Through interactive activities, youth explore and learn how they can be a part of the planning, creation, and improvement of the places where we all live, learn, work, and play. Attendees can engage with volunteers from community-based organizations and design professions like architecture, engineering, urban planning, and construction to build elements of their imagined, ideal neighborhood.
