The RVA Splash and Dash is back on July 26th—and it’s more exciting than ever! Hosted by the Live Red Foundation, this beloved community event is a staple in the Richmond area, offering families a chance to connect, compete, and give back. Featuring individual races for kids and adults, plus a heartwarming adult-child relay, the event’s signature highlight is its slippy-slide finish line that brings smiles to every age.
What’s Splash & Dash?
The RVA Splash and Dash is part of a USA Triathlon national series designed to give participants a fun, safe introduction to multisport. The Live Red Foundation has proudly hosted Splash and Dash races in the Richmond area for over 10 years, using these events as a powerful vehicle to support the community. All proceeds help fund free fitness programs that teach core life skills to children in low-opportunity neighborhoods.
