HenBIKEo Safety Workshop

All ages. Henrico is celebrating Bike Month! Join us on the Pier at Libbie Mill Lake and learn about road use safety and Henrico County’s infrastructure improvements from Public Works and Recreation and Parks. The workshop will include crafts, a safety pledge and kids can develop their cycling skills with the Bike Police. After the workshop, Blue Ridge Cyclery invites cyclists of all ages and abilities on a ride with Public Works. Starting from and ending at the Pier, this supported group ride will have 1.5-mile and 7-mile options. Representatives from Public Works and Bike Walk RVA will present on upcoming bike lanes and trails. Helmets and front and rear bike lights are required by law. Information: rec-eventsteam@henrico.gov
