Spring Festival with RVA Black Farmers Market

Activities and entertainment will include balloon art, face painting, free train rides with the RVA Express, live music, and more. The Train Depot at Stony Point will also be hosting their VTCA Train and Toy Show and Sale from 12pm-4pm in space 164 (right near the green space)!
