Dairy 101 Workshop

You will see the full process and have an opportunity to ask questions. WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME: All supplies are included! Everyone will take home a 16oz portion of each item we make. You will also be able to choose one quart from a selection of Richland’s dairy products and one pint of ice cream (variety of flavors). You will also have access to our notes and recipes for future baking at home! PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: The workshop registration fee is $65 per person. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you are no longer able to attend. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive. ADDITIONAL INFO: ***Individuals over 15 years old are welcome to attend.
