Caroline Neal is the founder and executive director of Worthdays. She’s a former child welfare social worker and a graduate of VCU’s School of Social Work and Longwood University. Caroline lives in Midlothian with her husband and three sons. When not working, Caroline can be found on the football, basketball, or soccer fields, volunteering with the Young Men’s Service League, or at her favorite Richmond festival, The Folk Festival.
Worthdays, a Richmond nonprofit, brings joy and normalcy to children in Virginia’s foster care system by celebrating birthdays, holidays, and milestones. This holiday season, the organization is seeking sponsors to help ensure every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
