Arts in Education SUMMER CAMP

Join us to dance honoring the James River while building awareness about our environment and emotional selves.  We will dive into the history and culture of our region while discovering the importance of our role in taking care of the natural resources and environment across the river. We will delve into the natural world of the James River through dance, movement, and crafts

Children in the summer camp will learn various dance techniques, including classical ballet, flamenco, Latin American dances, contemporary dance, and hip-hop. In addition, the campers can enjoy creative movement, drums and percussion, arts and crafts, storytelling, and much more.
