Richmond Debate Institute
Teach your child how to speak with conviction, this summer at RDI. Since 2018, Richmond Debate Institute has hosted summer camps held at VCU. Our 1-week camp inspires students to dive into fascinating topics related to history, government, and social issues to inspire discussion and research. At the end of the week, students compete at our camp tournament, followed by an award ceremony.
- Open to middle school and high school students
- Discuss topics such as technology, history, science, and international relations while participating in games, lessons, and mock debates.
Dates: July 28th to August 1st (Monday to Friday)
Middle School Price: $495 (9AM to 5PM, Lunch and Snacks Daily)
High School Price: $455 (9AM to 5PM, Lunch and Snacks Daily)
Overnight Camp Price: $1,555 – (Sunday to Saturday, July 27th – August 2nd)
Richmond Institute of Technology and Science (RITS) 2025:
Dates: July 21 – July 25 (Monday to Friday – 9AM to 5PM)
Price: $450 (9AM to 5PM, Lunch and Snacks Daily)
