“Carter’s | OshKosh B’gosh and The Hot Yoga Barre are great additions to Willow Lawn that reflect the active and family centric lifestyle of our shoppers,” said Deirdre Johnson, senior director of asset management for Federal Realty. “We are excited to expand our offerings of fun, food, fashion and fitness all in one great location.” Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh joined forces in 2005 and together represent one of the most recognized brands of baby and children’s clothing in the world. Carter’s designs are based on a heritage of quality and innovation that have earned the trust of generations of families. OshKosh B’gosh began making clothing in 1895 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin while staying true to their original recipe: build great products, put the customer first and provide honest values every day. This iconic children’s clothier will open in the 5000sf space this summer.

VCU graduate and owner of The Hot Yoga Barre, Angela Hardison, left behind her executive positions at corporate America  to open a unique yoga studio that will offer a combination of  traditional yoga, dance, and standup paddle boarding all in a hot environment which will provide an easy workout that stretches, strengthens, and tones the body. The Hot Yoga Barre will occupy a 2,850sf space and will open this spring.

Angela Hardison said of her decision to leave the corporate world and open at Willow Lawn, “As soon as I discovered the space I knew that I had to have it. The second floor space overlooks the vibrant outdoor plaza. The redesigned look of Willow Lawn, and being surrounded by such great neighborhoods made The Hot Yoga Barre a perfect fit.”
