Experience VisArts’ Craft + Design show from behind-the-scenes as a volunteer.
Held at Main Street Station in downtown Richmond November 17 through 19, the event is a museum-quality craft show showcasing the work of 150 artists from across the United States that attracts up to 10,000 visitors each year.
Volunteers receive the following benefits:
- A $10 credit towards VisArts’ class tuition for every two hours worked
- Free ticket to enjoy the show before or after your shift
The biggest need for volunteers is Sunday, November 19 for positions such as coat check, exhibitor assistant (booth watching while artists take breaks), and helping the Visual Arts Center education team manage the Education Wing presented by Richmond Family Magazine. Other volunteer opportunities are available that day and on November 17 and 18.
