The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute of the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs announces its lineup of speakers for the 15th Annual Higher Ground Women’s Leadership Conference, being held virtually on Friday, November 5, 2021. Registrants will hear from these accomplished and dynamic presenters representing various industries and organizations from across the nation, state, and Richmond region.
