The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute of the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs announces its lineup of speakers for the 15th Annual Higher Ground Women’s Leadership Conference, being held virtually on Friday, November 5, 2021. Registrants will hear from these accomplished and dynamic presenters representing various industries and organizations from across the nation, state, and Richmond region.

“We are excited to announce our conference which continues our tradition of providing insightful and inspirational programming to address issues important to women. I’m thrilled about our speaker lineup; we have an excellent mix of accomplished leaders from various industries and organizations who will provide practical, experiential, and research-informed advice and motivation for our attendees,” said Nakeina E. Douglas-Glenn, PhD, director of The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute.

For details on the speakers, including Kiko Davis Snoddy, Charis Jones, and Susanna Wu-Pong Calvert, go here.

This conference provides the opportunity to learn the factors that drive success from successful women leaders.

The theme for the 2021 conference, Pivoting Forward: The LeaderSHIFT, is a forum for speakers to share insight on the opportunities that have emerged from an uncertain environment and expertise on ways to capitalize on the shifts in leadership which impact women’s effectiveness at work, at home, and in our communities.

Register today here and take part in this one-day conference of educational sessions and engaging discussions.
