A team from the Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School, the regional public high school that serves students throughout greater Richmond, has placed third in the nation in the We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution National Finals, which took place in Washington, DC.
We the People team members study a broad range of topics related to American government and constitutionalism and prepare for simulated congressional hearings, during which judges ask questions and score units based on knowledge and articulation.
