New York Times Bestselling author, Wally Lamb, will be appearing at Chesterfield Towne Center Barnes & Noble on Thursday, August 21 at 7:00 pm to sign his novel, We Are Water and a lead a discussion about his books.
Wally Lamb is the author of four New York Times best-selling novels: Wishin’ and Hopin’, The Hour I First Believed, I Know This Much is True, and She’s Come Undone. She’s Come Undone and I Know This Much Is True, were both number one on the New York Times Bestseller List and featured titles of Oprah’s Book Club. Lamb’s fifth novel We Are Water tells the story of the Oh family as they come to terms with the past and with one another during the first years of the Obama presidency.
Lamb is also known for the writing workshop at York Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Connecticut, where he has been a volunteer facilitator for the past 14 years. He is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, and has spoken at universities and colleges, libraries, arts and lecture venues, and literary festivals across the country.
