Lottie Belle is a new kind of philanthropic undergarment business with a focus on sustainability and giving back to help keep girls in school.
The founder is Heidi Field-Alvarez, a local RVA fiber artist/teacher/mother turned garment business entrepreneur with a special mission. Lottie Belle is made by women, for women, and 
gives back to young women. Twenty percent of profits go to a nonprofit organization that helps provide feminine hygiene products for those in need, locally and globally, and are working to turn over legislation that currently puts a luxury tax on such products. Lottie Belle undergarments are made in the United States.
