Westchester Commons, Chesterfield County’s premier outdoor shopping center, is located in Midlothian, a suburb in central Richmond. It is conveniently situated at the northwest quadrant of Route 288 and US 60 (Midlothian Turnpike) and has over 600,000 SF of retail. The 128-acre shopping center is part of Watkins Centre and opened for business in December of 2009. It currently features almost 60 local and national retailers.
