25th Annual Pet Expo

Pet Expo is a fun-filled event for the whole family—pets included! For 25 years, it’s been a beloved tradition for animal lovers across Central Virginia. Every dollar raised helps Henrico Humane Society rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the hundreds of dogs and cats they save from shelters each year. This year’s Expo will feature 60+ exhibitors, including vendors selling everything from pet clothing to custom collars, along with trainers, groomers, daycare providers, and other rescue organizations. Dogs can race around a lure course, pose for professional photos, get a caricature drawn, enjoy nail trims, and more! Kids will love the Kid Zone, complete with face painting, crafts, and stuffed-animal “adoptions.” And of course, adoptable dogs will take center stage in our always-popular parade. Be sure to check out the auction with over 100 items, plus the 50/50 raffle—last year’s winner walked away with more than $5,000!
