Against The Current: Life on the Eastern Shore
Join VMHC for a documentary screening and talkback of Against the Current, a powerful look at how residents of Virginia’s Eastern Shore are subject to rising sea waters and the challenges it has on their lives and livelihood. How can this community shed light on conversations happening around these issues of climate change? Against the Current is a co-production of WHRO Public Media and WORLD and is screened as part of the Created Equal Film Series in honor of Grady W. Powell and in partnership with The Community Foundation for a greater Richmond. This event is free, but registration is required.
