A fun-filled scavenger hunt with prizes, perfect for both the young and the young at heart. This activity culminates with a special reward for those who find the hidden treasures in the center. Two figure drawing sessions on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. Friday, April 25th, a reception to celebrate the opening of the new art exhibits. Students from Henrico Center for the Arts are completing their four years of artistic study. Additionally, Zakari Yonkers’ exhibit will debut, offering a powerful exploration of LGBTQ culture and Black culture, while Olga Rokhmanyuk brings a unique Eastern perspective on amulets and love. Local artists will also showcase their talents in the juried All Media Show. As part of the RVA Thriving Artists Bridge Project, Julisa Carranza Torres showcases his work, exploring themes of Hispanic culture and the immigrant experience.
