Framed: Step Into Art
Children and adults can enjoy a pretend noontime meal in Grant Wood’s “Dinner for Threshers,” climb into a tent, explore camping gear in John Singer Sargent’s “Camp at Lake O’Hara,” add corn husks to the flower tower in Diego Rivera’s “Corn Festival”, and get behind the reins of a giant rooster in an area inspired by Clementine Hunter’s artwork. Visitors can also explore a collection of “Mona Lisa” prints and famous parodies, then step behind a cutout version and replace her famous face with their own.
