Native plant species play a vital role in supporting local animals, insects, and humans in our ecosystems. We will begin with a half hour talk about the relationships between native plants and wildlife, discussing host plants and the ripple effect increasing native plantings can have on wildlife. After that, we will transition into planting native species in pots to add more beauty and ecological benefit to the library!
