Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

$Establishing and deepening a mindfulness practice is a powerful tool to combat stress, reduce anxiety, increase focus, and cultivate feelings of contentment and well being. The program uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, mindful movement and exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling and action. This 8-week course makes structural changes in the brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and compassion, measurably reducing stress. Continues through April 22.
