Movie screening – A Case for Love – Byrd Theatre

New Hanover Church and film director Brian Ide will present an exclusive and free pre-release showing of his movie. The film is inspired by the teachings of Bishop Michael Curry, the current Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church, and the first African American to serve in that role. He is most well-known for delivering a passionate 14-minute sermon, titled “The Power of Love”, at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
