SUMMARY: Learn how to make traditional seasonal pies with local ingredients. We will discuss how to make a perfectly flaky crust. We will sample the different pies as well. WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME: All supplies are included! We will be using local produce and eggs for our pies. Everyone will take home three small pies. You’ll also take home an 8oz portion of pie dough. You will also have access to our recipes for future baking at home! PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: The workshop registration fee is $65 per person. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you are no longer able to attend. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive!
