Preview of “George Washington’s Teeth” at Wilton House Museum

The cast of “George Washington’s Teeth,” Chamberlayne Actors Theatre’s next production, will perform a scene from the comedy, in costume, at Wilton House Museum, 215 S. Wilton Road, Richmond. In this hilarious and heartfelt comedy, a group of determined women in a struggling historical society hatch an outrageous plan to save their museum: track down a set of George Washington’s legendary dentures. As their mission unfolds, they confront aging, identity, and what it really means to leave a legacy. Packed with wit, charm, and unexpected twists, “George Washington’s Teeth” is a delightful reminder that history isn’t just about the past—it’s about the people keeping it alive. The event at Wilton House Museum will include a drawing for two tickets to the show, which runs June 5-21 at Hanover Tavern. There will also be light refreshments, and a Q&A session in which the cast will respond in character.
