The Great Pumpkin Patch at Ginter Park UMC

The Patch is open until Halloween Night. Hours are 12:00 pm to 5:00 on Sundays; 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays. Each Friday, enjoy story time at 4:00 pm with the Richmond Fire Department. The firefighters volunteer their time to read stories in the Patch to the kids after school, and snacks are served. Each Saturday is a different event, Oct. 7: Indigenous Peoples Day, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, Oct. 14: Fun & Games Day, 10:00 am-4:00 pm, Oct. 21: Campfire, Chili & Movie Night: 6:00 pm, Oct. 28:  Fall Harvest Market Day, HALLOWEEN:  Closing Party at 6:00 pm Trick or Treating on 2 blocks of a closed Seminary Avenue.  At the Patch, they will give out candy, cider for the grown-ups, and show It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown on the screen.
