RVA Splash & Dash

This event features individual races for kids and adults as well as an adult-child relay. The Splash & Dash mission is to provide a safe, fun introduction to multisport. All LRF events fund our free fitness programs which teach life skills to low-opportunity communities. Each participant will complete a 100 yd swim followed by a 1 mile run on a safe, fun course. Hosted by Live Red Foundation.
