Secretariat Day is a free, family-friendly event that takes place around the “Secretariat Racing Into History” monument and Plaza area on the campus of Randolph-Macon College in Downtown Ashland. The festivities will include a new kickoff ceremony, a “Meet the Minis” corral of miniature horses, new Secretariat merchandise, live music, local food trucks and vendors, games and crafts for kids, free birthday cake and more.
