Slate River Band

$Slate River is based in Goochland, Virginia. Led by former Pinecastle recording artist, Michelle Nixon (vocals) and her husband Nick Nixon (guitar), the band is backed up by seasoned musicians like Randy Cook (Honky Tonk Experience/Commonwealth Bluegrass Band). Slate River performs classic and contemporary country music. Bring your lawn chair and your dancing boots for this outdoor music bonanza. Bring your lawn chair or blanket for a fun afternoon of live music on the outdoor stage. Pets and outside alcohol are prohibited. Children ages 3 and under are welcome to attend without a ticket.
