Sound Healing Sound Bath

Enjoy a restorative sound healing experience led by certified Sound Practitioner, Kelley Farlow. During this 90-minute session, explore the power of sound healing paired with conscious breathing, and end the class with the option to share your experience through conversation. Wear cozy clothes and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, or any other items to make your session as comfortable as possible.
