This is a class for expecting dads guided by dads. Men's only class discusses everything you want to know about becoming a father but may be hesitant to ask. They teach you how to care for your new addition, how to care for the mother, tips on handling a work week on no sleep, and what to expect for the first few months. Veteran performer and director Stephen Seals will present this workshop, students will learn best practices for auditioning with a prepared monologue as well as cold read auditions. This workshop is open to anyone ages 12 and over and is fantastic opportunity for teens and adults to improve their auditioning skills.

Attend fun-filled sessions covering a variety of topics, including wildlife monitoring and field conservation projects, contributions of women throughout history, creating art inspired by the beautiful grounds and animals, historic vehicles and the care of carriage horses, and more. The event will kick off with the Community Clean-up at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Shiver 5k Walk/Run at 12:00 p.m. and the James River Jump at 1:30 p.m. You and your family can participate in as much or as little as you want, and you can form teams challenging your family, friends, and co-workers. The Winter Festival will be going on throughout the day with food trucks, beverages, live music, and heated tents. This is the updated jump time.
