The Founders Center of Commonwealth Autism

The Founders Center of Commonwealth Autism offers a range of programs for children ages 2 years-21 years with a diagnosis of autism or other developmental disabilities. Our preschool programs (currently in Richmond’s West End and Midlothian) are integrated with community preschools to offer inclusion opportunities for children ages 2-6 years. Our school age program serves students ages 5-12 at Northstar Academy. We also offer a Transition Program for students ages 12-21 that focuses on life skills. We utilize an intensive approach based in Applied Behavior Analysis to work on core skills that students need to be successful. Most insurance plans cover partial or full program fees for children through age 10.
