Elegantly costumed ladies and gentlemen relate details of this royal love story and the courting customs of the era. Guided tours available every half-hour; last tour begins at 4:30pm. Behind the Scenes Tour

Walk through the Employees Only door for a special peek at the inner workings of the Nature Center. Thirteen aquariums and more than 200 animals require more care than meets the eye. Richmond artist David Moré will perform and present art installations throughout Maymont's 100 acres in conjunction with Sound Arts Richmond, a city-wide sound exhibition presented by more than twenty-five organizations and institutions that span the arts. Sound Arts Richmond will explore a range of approaches to using sound as an art medium and will feature work by several exhibiting sound artists. Toddler Time: Out and About

Tie on your sneakers, strap the kids in a stroller or backpack and go on a walk through Maymont.
