Chesterfield CASA is once again hosting the Superhero 5K, 1K Fun Run, and Family Festival on October 6, 2024. Bring your family, friends, and coworkers out to run or walk in support of abused and neglected children in our community.
The race will be held at Westchester Commons in Midlothian. The 1K Fun Run starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K starts at 9:00 a.m. Participants are invited to dress up in superhero costumes, with prizes awarded for the best costumes.
5K participants will receive a commemorative shirt and 1K Fun Run participants will receive a superhero cape.
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are appointed by juvenile court judges to advocate for the best interests of abused, neglected, and abandoned children. CASA’s goal is to help ensure all children under the court’s protection have safe, nurturing, permanent homes where they can thrive.
Proceeds from race registration, donation and sponsorship dollars will allow our programs to support enough volunteers to serve all at-risk children who are referred for advocacy services.

Parents who are registered for the 5K, can participant with their child at no additional fee.
