Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to help ensure all abused, neglected, and abandoned children under the court’s protection, in Chesterfield County and Colonial Heights, have a champion to advocate in their best interest and a safe, nurturing, permanent home where they can thrive.
