Riverfront Canal Cruises hosts three special nights of hauntingly narrated canal boat tours. From Friday, October 30 – Sunday, November 1, special 20-minute tours leave every half hour (on the hour and half hour) from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with the last boat departing at 8:30 p.m.
This year’s tours plunge passengers into a colorful and spirited adventure to investigate reported strange and monstrous occurrences along Richmond’s riverfront. These canal walls hold many years of history and stories and now it’s up to you to discover the latest – Mural Monsters! Passengers will investigate colorful clues along the canal to identify them. Guests will venture downstream on the historic James River and Kanawha Canal and witness the spooky décor and chilling surprises as they race to solve the case. With your help it’s only a matter of time!
Little ghouls and ghosts in attendance will receive a special candy treat. This Eerie Canal Tour is best suited for kids aged 4 and over. Boats depart from the Canal Walk’s Turning Basin at 139 Virginia Street.
Tickets go on sale October 13 and are ONLY sold online.
Admission is $6. Kids aged four and under are free.
