Ready, Set, Close! First-Time Buyer Event

The Partnership for Housing Affordability will be hosting a First-Time Home Buyer event at Deep Run Recreation Center (9900 Ridgefield Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233). This open house event is designed for first-time homebuyers, including families, who are interested in purchasing a new home through the Henrico Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Attendees will be able to speak with builders, lenders, and program partners to learn more about becoming a homeowner in the county. To be eligible, buyers must meet the following requirements: Must be a first-time buyer and their Household income of 60%-120% of the Area Median Income (max $136,200 for a family of four).
