Magnolia Green has partnered with CraftMaster Homes to build and sell six “Cameron” model homes in memory of Cameron K. Gallagher.

The “Cameron” pays homage to Gallagher, a Henrico teen who tragically passed away from heart failure after completing a half-marathon on March 16, 2014. In her honor, Cameron’s parents, David and Grace Gallagher, created the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation. It aims to cultivate awareness and understanding of teenage depression and anxiety, which Cameron battled and was committed to encouraging others to speak openly about.

Jeff Tunstall, President of Midlothian’s CraftMaster Homes and on the foundation’s Board of Directors, is doing his part to keep Cameron’s spirit alive. A close friend of the Gallagher family, Tunstall established the new Cameron home in her memory.

“We’re honored to do what we can to help bring awareness to teenage depression,” says Tunstall, who’s previously donated over $50,000 to the cause. “These homes will be cherished places for families to love and create memories for a lifetime.”

As of now, six Cameron homes have been sold in Magnolia Green’s Stafford Park neighborhood. The single-family residence feature four bedrooms, three baths, and are roughly 2,700 square feet. To date, CraftMaster Homes has built more than 20 Cameron homes in the Richmond area.

Stafford Park is one of Magnolia Green’s most in-demand neighborhoods, offering beautiful views of Magnolia Green’s award-winning golf course. For more information, please visit www.MagnoliaGreen.com.
