John Maxwell Team Global Youth Initiative to Serve RVA Youth and 500,000 Nationwide

The John Maxwell Team Global Youth Initiative is an international movement sponsoring hundreds of free community events with topics ranging from leadership development, to anti-bullying, self-esteem, and more to help the youth in communities around the world thrive.

As certified members take to their communities to make a difference, events will be happening all around the world! Here in Richmond and Charles City County Roberta Aigbokhaevbo of Richmond will host the following events for youth ages eight to eighteen:

Monday, April 24 at 6:00 PM Broad Rock Baptist Church 5106 Walmsley Blvd., Richmond, VA Event Topic: Stand Up and Be Counted (Bullying)

Tuesday, April 25 at 5:00 PM Boys and Girls Club Metro Richmond Capital One 3601 Branch Ave,
Richmond, VA 
Event Topic: Stand Up and Be Counted (Bullying)

Thursday, April 27 at 1:00 PM Charles City High School 10039 Courthouse Road, Charles City, VA Event topic: Learning to Fail Forward to Succes

Saturday, April 29 at 10:00 AM Third Street Bethel A.M.E. Church 614 North 3rd, Richmond, VA Event topic: Learning to Fail Forward to Success

Saturday, April 29 at 1:30 PM Victorious Living Christian Center Church 5186 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA Event Topic: Stand Up and Be Counted (Bullying)

Sunday, April 30 at 11:15 AM Beautiful Temple Church 1804 & 1808 E. Belt Boulevard, Richmond, VA Event Topic: Developing A Positive Self Image

“Through The John Maxwell Team Global Youth Initiative, we have the chance to influence tomorrow’s leaders today,” said Roberta Aigbokhaevbo, Certified John Maxwell Team Member. “With John Maxwell, I’ve learned that leadership develops daily, not in a day. Our goal is to spark an intentional and lifelong leadership interest in today’s youth.”
