Kate Fowler, director of community partnerships for Studio Two Three, is passionate about supporting and engaging in community-centered arts in her home city. Kate holds a BFA in photography and filmmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before joining Studio Two Three, Kate served as the program coordinator of Magnum Foundation's Photography, Expanded Initiative and director of the Appalachian Media Institute, a project of Appalshop in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
