Have you heard about the Napkin Note Dad? Garth Callaghan is the Richmond father who started writing notes of support and inspiration on napkins and putting them in his daughter’s lunchbox when she was in elementary school.
Today, three cancer diagnoses later, the Napkin Note Dad battles stage 4 kidney cancer and is still engaged in his quest to write a note for every single lunch Emma will have as she grows up. His mission to inspire other parents and adults to connect with the kids they care about is an important reminder that every effort counts – especially in the eyes of a child.
