Somatics & Yoga

An exploration of yoga as mindful movement, with the aim of regulating your nervous systems, deepening your sense of embodiment and “felt sense”, and connecting with intuitive movements as a reflection of and to shift your emotional state The class will include optional breathwork, adaptable movement on the mat and standing, and reflection/journaling. Bring your yoga mat, water, and a journal.
