Friend of Cameron Gallagher launches fundraiser on BonfireFunds.com to help fund a planned Speak Up 5k in Cameron’s honor. Over $4500 raised in under 3 days.
As the Richmond community continues to mourn the loss of Cameron Gallagher, friends of the family have launched a campaign on BonfireFunds.com to help raise funding for a planned “Speak Up 5k” race that will honor Cameron.
“This fund has really lifted our daughter’s spirits and focused her attention away from Cameron’s death and instead on making her idea for this race come alive,” shared Price Timmerman, the fund’s creator.
Individuals can buy a shirt and/or make a donation directly from the Cameron Gallagher fund page, www.bonfirefunds.com/cameron.
All donations will go directly to the Cameron K. Gallagher Memorial Benefit Fund. Donations can also be made via PayPal or by check made out to the fund. Checks should be sent to Dominion Payroll Services, 306 E. Main St., Richmond, VA 23219.
